Our Diamond Suite in Sommelsdijk is located on the beautiful island of Goeree-Overflakkee, surrounded by nature. The island has been recognized as one of the most sustainable and environmentally friendly tourist destinations in the world, receiving the Quality Coast Award Platinum for the third time in a row. The unique combination of fresh, salt and brackish water provides a home for a variety of plant species, such as parnassia, sea aster and autumn lady's-tresses. There is also a wealth of wildlife to be found, including the European sea eagle, wild flamingos, seals, roe deer, Heck cattle and Fjord horses. Located on the edge of the idyllic village of Sommelsdijk, our Diamond Suite provides an excellent base for walks and bike rides, with proximity to shops and the beautifully restored harbor with plenty of terraces in Middelharnis. At our location, Hofstede Lust & Last, concerts and other events are regularly held, including the annual Kunstkijk during the Ascension Day weekend. It is also possible to hold meetings with us.
